Shipping Information

Standard Delivery

Items that are “In-Stock” should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Anything else (i.e. ships within 24 hours, 1-2 days or 3-4 days is not considered “In-Stock” and will not be shipped out the day of purchase. Please provide a physical address as we ship via UPS.

Faster Shipping

For faster delivery on your shipment, please call customer service (1-970-586-3294) and place your order over the telephone.

International Shipping

Please call for information on shipping overseas.

Colorado sales tax

For all Colorado shipments a sales tax of 2.9% is automatically added.

Additional Addresses

At this time, it is not possible to have an order placed on the Wynbrier Home website to be delivered to multiple addresses. If your order requires delivery at multiple addresses, please call customer service to place your order over the phone.

Return/Exchange Information

Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 7 days from date of receipt. They must be in pristine condition, accompanied by the packing slip indicating the reason for your return. The value of the merchandise returned will be credited to the exact form of payment used for the original purchase.

For your protection, we suggest sending the item via UPS or FedEx, insured with return receipt requested to:

Please note, the cost to ship an item for return/exchange is the customer's responsibility, unless for reason of defect or damage. Please note that a 5% Credit Card processing/restocking fee will be applied to all Credit Card Refunds. If the item is an exchange, Wynbrier Home will ship the exchanged item(s) to the customer via standard 5-7 day UPS shipping without any charge to the customer.

Returns of Items on Sale

All "On Sale" merchandise is considered final and cannot be returned.

Store Purchases

Any Wynbrier Home merchandise purchased in the store should be returned at the Wynbrier Home store where it was purchased within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, please remember to bring your receipt.

Returns of Antiques

All "Antiques" sales are considered final and cannot be returned.

Returns of Special Order Items

All "Special Order Items" are considered final and cannot be returned.

Gift Return

When a gift is returned, a Wynbrier Home merchandise gift certificate will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change. Wynbrier Home works hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. Wynbrier Home reserves the right to change the current advertised price. Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
